The better half tried a spoon of everything, reporting that the meat was of a high quality, and the curries well-balanced.
Puddings were irresistible - once again, impeccably presented on platters dressed in banana leaves. The mango cheesecake was sublime and the coconut tapioca refreshingly light.

Justin Lee Collins helps launch Thai Edge Bristol!
Thai Edge had a successful launch on July 1st at Broad Quay, with special guest, Channel 4 Presenter Justin Lee Collins.
The Thai restaurant, which has restaurants in Birmingham, Leeds and Cardiff, held a VIP launch party to celebrate this new venture and to show off its culinary talents to a new crowd.
